About
Enterprise technology is most interesting at the intersection of hard regulatory constraints and cutting-edge capability — which is exactly why financial services has kept me engaged for nearly two decades. My career has moved from building high-throughput banking platforms for HSBC across Asia to leading cloud transformation programs for some of the world's largest BFSI organisations, and most recently to designing the next generation of AI-native enterprise architecture for regulated industries.
My current focus is Agentic AI: multi-agent systems that operate autonomously within strict compliance boundaries. That means rethinking how we govern AI decisions in real time, how we establish trust chains across model boundaries, and how we build infrastructure that auditors can interrogate and regulators can accept. It is genuinely new engineering territory, and it is where I spend most of my thinking time today.
Outside of the technology itself, I care deeply about delivery — translating ambitious architectural vision into shipped, production-grade systems. I have led cross-functional teams of 20+ architects and engineers across Asia and North America, and I believe the quality of an architecture is only as good as the team's ability to execute it. The two disciplines are not separable.
